Maintenance methods
# Shoes are stored in dark, ventilated and dry places and avoid stacking with other leather products.
# After wearing shoes, you can use soft cloth or soft brush to remove dirt such as dust and dirt on the upper of shoes.
# If wet, replace the newspaper in shoes for 2 to 3 times in about 20 to 30 minutes and accept it after natural air drying.

They are sized so that the sole is exactly the length of the foot size, which leaves no room for movement when the sole flexes during walking. I thought they were ok at first when walking around my house, but I could feel my big toe being pressed against the front of the shoe and one of my toenails cut into another toe when I took them outside for an hour.
Otherwise, they look nice, but feel more rigid than they should for their thickness, almost as if they are made of plastic or card.
I first received the wrong style of shoes, but the sales team sent me a pair of the correct shoes without asking me to return the old pair. They even asked me if the size was correct. Unfortunately, as I had not yet taken them outside, I hadn't realised that the size I had was too small, so I now have two pairs of too small shoes, but that's not their fault.
