Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing your items for shipment.

  Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 days. 
  Custom products may require additional time.  
  During this period, your order status will show as "Ready to be shipped." Please rest assured, this does not mean your order hasn’t been received—it simply means we’re carefully preparing your items for dispatch.
• Busy Seasons:
  During peak seasons, order processing may take a little longer, but we’ll do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Each pair is carefully handcrafted, and good craftsmanship takes time.

• UK: Prices include VAT. No extra charges.
• Europe: Import VAT/duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid during customs clearance.

2.Sustainable Packaging
All shoes ship in 100% recyclable boxes with biodegradable corn-starch padding. Together, we reduce waste.

3. Delivery & Loss

• Inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, photograph and refuse the parcel immediately.
• Report lost shipments within 30 days of dispatch. We’ll assist with investigations.
• We can not guaranteed arrival time and do not accept urgent orders. Please place your order in advance.

Q: Hello, I received my order and saw that the packaging was different from what I expected. Could you please explain why bubble wrap was used instead of a box?

A: We usually use eco-friendly cardboard boxes for packaging.
However, for orders containing multiple pairs of shoes, we may use protective bubble wrap instead due to the larger parcel size.

Q: Why does European delivery take longer?
A: Customs efficiency and distance vary by country. Germany/France often arrive in 5–12 days, while Eastern Europe may take closer to 25 days.
