Maintenance methods
# Shoes are stored in dark, ventilated and dry places and avoid stacking with other leather products.
# After wearing shoes, you can use soft cloth or soft brush to remove dirt such as dust and dirt on the upper of shoes.
# If wet, replace the newspaper in shoes for 2 to 3 times in about 20 to 30 minutes and accept it after natural air drying.
# Avoid direct hot air drying or sun exposure
I used their size guide on the item description to measure my foot to ensure that I ordered the right size, but unfortunately the size guide is not accurate so the shoes are too big. Customer service was not helpful at all, telling me that the size guide is correct and that the smaller size wont fit me so I would need to pay the expensive returns cost regardless. Won't do a free exchange for smaller size to try either. I've found very similar shoes on humtto.co.uk with better customer service, returns and exchange policy.
Second pair of this style as always l always get a second pair of great comfortable shoes
Such a lovely pair of shoes for people like me who have wide toe but they narrow towards the ankles. Extra wide shoes fit the top half and the ankle bit is loose.
This shoes fit as though they were custom made for my feet.Soft leather too which makes it a great comfort pair. Only wish the heels were a bit higher. Otherwise perfect for me overall.
